DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Orders require a 50% deposit to begin production. Payments in full required upon completion and prior to delivery of your product. We accept cash, Venmo, Company Checks, and all major credit cards through Square Secure Payment System. There is a 2.5% fee for credit card use.
NONPAYMENT ACCORDING TO TERMS: Buyer agrees to pay a late payment charge on all overdue balances in an amount not to exceed the legal limit. Should seller choose to persue collection of this debt in a court of law, and should seller prevail, buyer further agrees to pay the reasonable legal and collection expenses of the seller. Until payment is received, seller shall have the right to retain possession of and shall have a lien upon all of buyers property, or property for which buyer is a custodial or third party agent, (in the case of an ad agency agreement with a third party end user) which is in possession of the seller, including but not limited to artwork, films, raw materials, substrates, work in progress and finish work.
TURNAROUND TIMES: Typical turn around time is 2 weeks or less within receipt of 50% deposit and artwork approval. Additional services will extend typical turnaround times. Rush charges will apply to all orders needed sooner than our typical turn around times. Turn around times only apply to production. If an order is being shipped, Huber Tees cannot guarantee carrier ship times.
ESTIMATES: All estimates are good for 2 weeks unless otherwise stated.
PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm pricing when placing your order.
ART AND MATERIALS: All art and materials supplied by Huber Tees remain the property of Huber Tees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any art supplied by the customer remains the property of the customer.
SHIPPING/FREIGHT: Shipping time is not included in the turn around time. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping charges will not be included in prices quotes, but may be applied to final invoices. Charges apply to actual shipping rates. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via UPS and USPS (subject to size and weight maximums).
COLORS ACCURACY: We will try to match your colors as close as possible to the final art on file. Because of slight variances among computer monitors small variations may be present from screen to print, and from print run to print run.
PRINT QUALITY: Custom printed apparel may show slight imperfections and quality loss due to the nature of the material itself. We strive to reproduce art at the highest quality possible, but because limitations exist in technology and materials available, print on apparel do not maintain the same resolution as photo paper.
ORDER CANCELLATION: All cancellations are subject to a fee and partial completion fee depending on how far we are with the order.
